i wonder if there's any update on this issue... i'm hitting mid life crisis and feeling the urge to lasik my eyes or something, and hopefully will get a couple decades of good near and far eyesight without aid... but i'm already starting to have problem reading near... i guess this is as good as pla...

i wonder, will a red one be as effective for flat fielding? it can double as red lighting in the field...
