well.. .the ETs might be soo advanced that they do not need to travel through space... they just teleport... haha . another possibility is that they don't have the technological advancements...
From what i think ... i feel that the ETs are far more advanced than us .. yeah ..

there are a couple of possible reasons

1. the condition of the sky is not as ideal as ur previous attempt
2. ur father might have damaged the coatings of the bino after cleaning the lenses with the spec cloth

i am just listing the possible reasons...

bet it's a good grab and go scope for quick ob sessions =p. however, the owner might wake up the next morning suffering from aperture fever ^.^.
