GSO dob. Recommended?

Here is the place to talk about all those equipment(Telescope, Mounts, Eyepieces, etc...) you have. Not sure which scope/eyepiece is best for you? Trash it out here!

If you are dead-set on getting a dob.

Consider this:
http://www.speednetllc.com/dbaastronomy ... %20DSH.htm

It is also a Hardin/GSO dob, but with Crayford focuser, choice of colours AND also a azimuth kit. The owner of DBA (Dale) is also very pleasant to deal with and they are willing to ship overseas. If I am not mistaken, Hardin does not ship out of the US.

I fully agree with KayHeem. Get the Hardin from Dale. He is a damn nice guy to deal with. However, his wife just gave birth recently, so you might have to wait a little for email response.

The good thing about DBA is that they include the fan and the azimuth kit for free.

Have u considered Orion,Celestron,Meade or even skywatcher DOB. The Orion intelli series is good as it comes with DSC. When u are ready to move on to bigger scope, the DSC can be installed on new scope.
