Re: My astrophotography 2021
Regret not getting up earlier to take advantage of the clear skies pre-dawn.

Oh thanks!
Had some intermittent clear sky over the past 3 months, here's something I collated and edited:

NGC2516 A bit low altitude in the south, plagued by light pollution.

A largely failed attempt at the Seagull nebula.

Recently my focus has shifted towards non-deep sky objects, for apparent reasons.

Re: My astrophotography 2021
wow that's nice! I barely have time to do much astrophotography, so I'll not be as active as others
I do wish I had more time to take photos

There are still plenty of interesting non-deep-sky targets to shoot if time is a concern. Good luck!vEiLnEbUlA3006 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 09, 2021 9:22 pm wow that's nice! I barely have time to do much astrophotography, so I'll not be as active as others

Got up early to catch the alignment of the moon and planets. Mercury Jupiter and Saturn roughly sit on a straight line.

Shot many photos of moon and saturn. In the end, this photo stands out. It always reminds me how the moon-Saturn accompanied and followed my footsteps in the woods.
