This model is the Juwei-17 harmonic mount weighing 5.1kg, with 13kg payload (no counterweight) to 18kg payload (with counterweight). Has similar specs to ZWO AM5 but far cheaper. Easily guides at sub-arcsecond RMS - see below thread for more information:

Note - can't adjust to 0ºN latitude by default, around 8ºN at most. Needs adjustment to polar align (I got around this by tilting the tripod.)

You can convert this to Alt-Az mode by flashing the firmware to OnStepX and changing the setting of the dip switches...
