Charlie happen to find this patch of grass during one of his fishing trips. It's somewhere near holland road. We trek in by the canal opposite Ngee Ann poly, which is a much shorter path than walking along holland road, but much tougher to trek, esp in the dark.
The area look rather big, but is slightly lit by the street lights at the far end of the grass patch. We are considering exploring further maybe during one of the nights. Will keep you guys posted.

Hi guys,
1. Unfortunately, its STATE LAND: No Dumping, No Trespassing blah blah(but i dun give a damn anyway!).
2. Unfortunately, there is no nearby carpark! You can try parking along Holland Road and risk hitting some expensive expat's Lexus or Boxter2.
3. Fortunately, this place holds some promise of its 360 deg view and low low low obstructions.
4. Fortunately, i will try to arrange a trip with MooEy this weekend for a quick one at night to assess its worth. (Yes MooEy, you're booked.)
5. Fortunately, if the weather sucks when we get there. We can go wait for the durians (Yes, there are durain trees! and 101 other fruits/ wild veg!) to drop. ;)

Sounds like you guys have found a really promising ob site. Do keep us updated on your memorable experiences there! If it is the perfect spot, maybe the RP gang will swoop over there at God speed! Heek Heek... =P (Yeah...heck with trespassing! Shhhhh...!!!)
