I've aligned the latitude bout 1.36 degrees, correct me if I'm wrong), but now, i've got no idea of how does the R/A setting circle works. The declination circle have both degrees on left and right (taking the 90 degress as the middle one), so for example, +56 degrees, does it means going clockwise to the number "56"?

Can someone explain to me how it works? Thanks a lot!

Basically, RA (right ascention) and DEC (declination) are the longitude and latitude of the sky. RA corresponds to east/west direction (like longitude), while Dec measures north/south directions, like latitude.

So with a RA and a DEC value, we can describe the position of an object in the sky.

Have a nice day.
