Christmas Tree Cluster in Monoceros?

Post by ovc17m »

Hi, wonder if any bro/sis in here ever found the x'mas tree cluster (NGC 2264) in the constellation of Monoceros? Realised the magnitude is 3.9.

Would be cool to find this object with friends on the dot of 12am X'mas Day??

Here's a pic of it, with the cone nebula in it too.

Able to see cone nebula in Singapore too, as it's a dark nebula??
