Hi!
Its opposite sch of Sch of EEE A across the road of Nanyang Dr. Errmmm...what I said was just joking, cos its a restricted area( the part after turning right..)

If you turn left and walk down, there is a field on the right and the SAFTI bridge on the left. You might be able to ob there(its not a restricted area cos some people use this route to reach NTU). Though so, the area is used by the military.

DISCLAIMER: EXPLORE THE AREA AT OUR OWN RISK.(esp at night!)

No, i am not in NTU...me in nus. I found this place on my own(im quite an explorer...) and also that my camp last time was pasir laba.(turn left and go straight will reach there...)

Cycled there just now.

Entrance from Singapore Discovery Centre(SDC), into SAFTI, cross the bridge, emerged from the pump house gate into NTU and back home.

The pool at the SDC is another good ob area. The only light sources are dim small light posts aound the pool and the SAFTI tower. Good place for an ob for 2.(There's a dimly lit fountain at the middle of the pool. - quite romantic and dark AND quiet...). Those who live near there with transport can check out the place. **david? :)

Cycled on down to the bridge. Met a group of officer cadets marching back to their bunks after field ex. The field that I mentioned is dark and there is a training shed(*interpret as shelter/military 'pavilion') beside it. The sky was a bit cloudy. Went down to the T-junction. The route was really dark(a disused road with no lamp posts) until after the T-junction. Turned right and went out to NTU and home bound.

One thing is that the military would not do much to a civilian but as always, safety first as military ex could be held in progress...
