what bino do you have? some binos have available tripod adapter plates as an optional accessory such as my Minolta. Try Alan Photo in Sim Lim Square or Cathay photo in Peninsula...or if more convenient, all those camera shops in Orchard, etc....
Also, have you tried Sam? He may have some in his product range...

Yup, I've a handful of Canadian made heavy duty L-brackets here. PM if interested. Beware of some of the ground floor shops at Peninsula though. Last time when I was still 'green', I went shopping for a similar adapter there and some shops tried to rip me off by quoting me like S$65 a piece...
