Hi,
I'm just curious, what books most of you guys use for checking out lunar details and other stuff through Binos and small telescopes?

Keen to start serious lunar work .... the view of the moon through bigger binos really astonishes me - and everyone else I've shown it too. It would be intereting to actually study the details.

In fact, I've gotten 2 "dates" with girls liao cos of the moon..HAHA .. *kidding* .. I just showed them the moon through the 20x80s and they're like "WOW!! Next time you go see star must call me ok? I want to go!!"
But of course, my gf will be there too ...

Just found another good thing bout binos - good grab + go pickup tool on a lunar night ...

Hi,
May be you can get a lunar map from Astro Scientific Centre, but take note that there are two version, one is a correct image version and the other is the mirror image version for diagonal user.

I prefer the classic "Atlas of the Moon" by Antonin Rukl; I find it to be a good Moon reference. I can show you when you show me your 20x80

I would recommend the Lunar 100 list found on the Sky and Telescope site.
