Hi all,
Managed to get my CCD camera to work again properly and waiting for a clear sky moment to capture this southern object.

There are two images here, one taken in H-Alpha light (6nm) and the other is a colour composite combination with RGB channel components. All taken through the Pentax 75SDHF refractor from my balcony last night. Slight haze was present at the later part of the night where some of the imaging components were still been taken.

RGB components were exposed for 5 minutes each, and the H-alpha had to go longer - 10 minutes each.

nice image...we saw it too, but through a broad band filter and without the colour!
