Haha, 1st time I see Liuming having a Western name ("Steve").
No hi-fi? Mini-combo also can lah! Just swing to the beats! (I'm more of an "Alfred")
Actually, I've enjoyed using my Vitacon SwingView 70mm spotting scope as a low-power telescope (it has a 20-60x zoom ep, with T-adapter for camera attachment). Not ED, not APO, not flat-field... but it offers me decent views comparable to the Vixen A80SS acromat. And it is extremely portable for a "go-anywhere, see-anytime" scope with the additional advantage of correct image orientation.weixing wrote:This is the Pentax eyepieces for their spotting scope... not sure how good it is. But since it didn't put under "Astronomical" section, I think it may not be as good as their astronomical version.

Haha, I believe here is a good place for both happy Steves and Alfreds.alvinsclee wrote:Haha, 1st time I see Liuming having a Western name ("Steve").

There is a very good comparison between Pentax XF and Televue radian.
