Discussion on rlow's equipment :-)

Here is the place to talk about all those equipment(Telescope, Mounts, Eyepieces, etc...) you have. Not sure which scope/eyepiece is best for you? Trash it out here!

Discussion on rlow's equipment :-)

Post by ariefm71 »

Hey Rich, can I borrow your 30mm 1rpd and 0.63 reducer (to be used with my Pentax 21mm XL)? I want to compare the two on my "new" Intes Micro M603

Wow! Didn't know you had meteorites. How much did they cost?

Cheers!

Hi,
Although WO 'officially' did not say it is APO: Click here
WO did mention that it is an APO (Fluorite Doublet, Air Spaced, APO TMB co-designed Fully Multi-Coated, STM coating )... it is in the specification page: http://www.william-optics.com/wowebs/pr ... ations.htm

Have a nice day.

hi rlow.
did you buy the meteorite at the science centre gift shop ?
would be interested to have a look at it unless it looks exactly like your garden pebble!

Hi Rich 1,

I got mine from Kino (Ngee Ann) long time ago when they still allowed good discount on rocks.

The three meteorites I have are fom the three broad categories of meteorite classes. The carboneceous chondrite is actually more than four billion years old and presumably older than any rock on Earth!!

Yeah...to many uninitiated people, they may seemed to be undistinguishable from your garden rock. If you wanna see it, no problem, I can bring along next time we meet.
