Yes, the dark side nearest to KL is Ulu Yam & Kuala Kubu Bahru(KKB). Among both, KKB is the best.

I don't have solar telescope. On the day of transit, I may at Planetarium Negara.

Planetarium Negara do have solar telescope...but I don't know got any activity at there or not...
