VinSnr 11" f/5!

Here is the place to talk about all those equipment(Telescope, Mounts, Eyepieces, etc...) you have. Not sure which scope/eyepiece is best for you? Trash it out here!

Thanks Vincent! But I don't think the 2" BW 30mm (is it the 1rpd? which I have too) would have good edge performance at f/5. (Sigh... on hindsight, I should not have cancelled my order for the 30XW so fast... never mind, the 40XL will do for now). The Denk II plus TV pair is almost 1kg, about twice the BW30. Will have to try balancing some weights....

Go buy a few magnetic weights from DBA astronomy.

Hi guys, I will be doing a 'first light' on the 11 incher with Ian tonight about 9pm onwards, probably at LCK L1. If the weather is not good, we will still do the collimation and 'trial run' at my place. All are welcome to join us! :)
