Haha! Arief, this is still a new programme that involves risk and will need fine-tuning. I would rather let others go first. We can enjoy ourselves by tinkering with the fifteen incher! :)

alamak...this is not the first time. we are all too familair about all those contests with nice prizes. Just look at Astronomy and Sky&Telescope. Always have the small print that says "US and Canada only".
I emailed them once and asked why they are discriminating against foreigners and they claimed it was because delivery to some countries could be expensive or unavailable.
In that case, I suggested perhaps they could say "US, Canada and Singapore only" !!

BTW, we can always wait for the singapore space port to be ready.
By then we can go to space with our grandchildren...as long as we all strike the lottery. 8-)
