~ US$4000/- is too much for a newbie who has yet to learn the night sky. I don't mind to contribute 10% to 20% to co-own the scope and help in the building process as much as I can.
Thank you Clifford, for your kind offer. I think maybe can be less than $4000 USD for the whole project. I would suggest that it is more cost-effective to have the plywood structure fabricated in S'pore (save shipping cost too), either done DIY or done by a carpenter. I have previously built a DIY plywood alt-az wedge/mount for my C8 (and I still have access to the workshop), and the eleven incher will be a good model to follow (since a 15" mirror can fit into that mirror box). Or else, Wu and I can probably get some quotations from carpenters we work with.

still going back and forth whether to sell it or not. i still think a 10" is the optimum aperture for me...
Hey Arief! Probably 10 inch will not be your optimum aperture for the long term! Even for me, the eleven incher is definitely not the optimum aperture!

My preference would be: as long as the "Co-Share Project" becomes reality, I believe this will benefit more people here in the Singastro community. Already we have quite a few Co-Sharers and Contributors who have pledged to the Project. It is very heartening to see our local astro community working together, willing to share, and selflessly donating accessories for this project! That's part of the Xmas spirit too! I have an exp about to making computarised mount such big telescope.
currently i am making Microchip controlled mount to track object. remember, big problem will be the weight.
