Where do you stay? For the East zone, join Weixing. In the North zone, maybe look for Ian. For the Central areas, you can contact Zong. For West zones, try David Lian, though he has been keeping low lately...(testing his new mount?)
haha... a friend once suggested to me that graveyard is a prefect place to try as it is totally dark... but i dont dare to try, especially alone... haha
Those who are in the west sometimes go to Lim Chu Kang which is near the graveyard. It is quite dark but lots of mosquitoes; there is no totally dark place in Singapore. A better place (now used to be because of all those lights they put up) would be in Changi area and near Changi Naval Base.

I agree to this,I used to go out surf casting ( fishing ) in this area from night till dawn, especially (Hyundai) reclaimed land ever noticed the sky was so clear..... .Went there last week and saw Saturn for the first time in my life.... .
