Just a quick question, is the Starfire as long/heavy as a C6R/AR6?

Anat, do you mount it on an EQ mount? Or just the AYODigi exclusively?

the starfire is an oiled-spaced ed triplet, much heavier than crown and flint achro glass. anat's one is f/9, around 1.2m long. if i buy a 6" AP, i'll get the f7 version.

It is mounted on an alt-az mount only. I have never used an EQ mount

That scope will perform even better on an EQ like the NJP.
