It say it is a ED doublet...but it looks more like a cass...
and it also says it uses a mirror..

....( i see, ... it is a ED corrector ...) ie like a field flattener :)

I think this is more like a hybrid design. Super fast scope. Imo in our sky conditions, an exposure will burnt out well within 30s.

saw astrograph on starmatrix website some time ago, this might be newer model. Wonder how's starmatrix and the twin doing?

Remus is having fun now I guess, hope to see some of his images soon :wink:
