I made one, not difficult. You just need a DB9 connector,a RJ plug and some wire.

Note, the sample pic shows a DB9 to a RJ socket, you need a RJ cable to use it :

If shield cable is not need (the link pic is not using a shield cable), a phone cable with 4 wires type will do (from wall socket to phone), don't get the version with 2 wires. The connectors for the phone cable are RJ11.
Cut one of the end and solder the 3 wires accordingly to the female RS232 connector. It should be a 10 mins job if you are OK with soldering and the price should be within $5/-.
