Canon's NEW DSLR (0D) - APRIL's FOOL!

Hi all,

Seems Canon is out with a new DSLR with a new range of XF lenses that could be ideal for wide field astrophotography, and a chip that boasts extremely low noise, probably rivaling current mid range astronomical CCDs. Check it out here:

Isn't Canon is spelt with a single N in the center, this 0D spell with a double NN as CANNON. So, very likely a April fools joke.

haha..ok...end of the day and remus had a good run.. so time to make things right before more "fools" get excited the whole night long on the new OD camera...we are not that sadistic!
oops BTW, Canon will be making the CCD for the James Webb space telescope..haha...just kidding!

heh heh...the field were divided by those who knew what date it was and those who did not!

yup...we had a good run....till next year. Maybe Canon will launch a 0D by then!
