is this comet visible in sg? currently at mag 4.5 just nice the limit in sg skies?

It is low to the horizon and near Aries. According to my planetarium, it would be about 7.10pm (the comet is probably about 15 degree above the horizion) onwards when the sun has set to have a chance to look at it. It would be challenging since it is near the horizon and close to the sun unless it is very clear in the west.

anyone seen this comet yet? it is "between" Pisces and Aries... mag 4 now.

take a look at this pic............ :oops: :oops: taken only yesterday with my camera phone Sony Ericsson at around 7.15pm in Courts Tampines Bistro Cafe balcony I was so fascinated seeing the sun setting to the western horizon.. :shock :shock: it takes about 20 min - 30min totally disappear from the horizon.... :lol: :lol: until my dinner get cold also lah. :lol: :lol:

Nope... I don't think so. I think it just show that most of the time, the west is cover with cloud, so will be difficult to spot the comet if it appear too low in the west.
