News from NEAF - new Televue line of eyepieces

News from NEAF - new Televue line of eyepieces

Just got word that there will be a new line of Televue eyepieces called ETHOS.

100 deg AFOV, 13mm will have a 15mm ER, 2" / 1 1/4" barrel, weighs 1.24lbs and accepts Dioptrix. Will be available summer/fall 2007

Wow really!? 100 deg! That sounds really exciting. And finally Televue has come up with something new... :) Wonder what's the price? Is it one of those things that if you have to ask the price, it will be beyond your reach? :mrgreen:

No price information as of yet. Will be more then Naglers for sure... so probably in the $300+ USD range I think.

No time to go this year. But people who go are updating on the group emails. I can always bring a few EPs back this trip home if anyone is interested.

I am interested in a 3.5mm T6 or 16/17mm T4/T5 especially if they are blems at a more affordable price :) I miss my Astromart days. :)
