not filter, else the bright spot will be green too... let me guess... there is tinted glass between you and the moon and you turn your flash on.

haha....nice guess guys.....it's actually a ghost reflection caused by the front filter of the camera lens. Visually through the view finder there was nothing, but it appears when a long exposure is made. The bright spot on the right is the overexposed moon :D
