Anyone know where to get multi-cigarette adapter?

Post by rcj »

Hi,

Does anyone know where to get a 3 or 4-way multi-cigarette-type adapter? That is, to be able to use multiple applications from one cigarette type 12VDC socket? I hope I am using the right terms!

Thanks!

I saw it at Mustafa level 4, auto accessories section, it comes in modular form, you can add more outlet if you need it. Not sure the cost though.

Bro...you can look for this in any big car accessories shop. Can try Autobac. I bought a few there.

Whether you want 2, 3, or 4 socket also have. They are quite cheap la....dun waste time make yourself.

Hi Remus,

Make sure the wire that connect to the adapter is thick enough to carry the current required to power the devices.

Anyway, I've a 2 sockets adapter with LED battery indicator (Made in Japan) that I didn't use it for a long time. One of the socket also come with a switch. The wire can easily carry 10A. PM, if you are interested.
