Mirror coating

Here is the place to talk about all those equipment(Telescope, Mounts, Eyepieces, etc...) you have. Not sure which scope/eyepiece is best for you? Trash it out here!

Anyone knows mirror coating can be done in singapore?dn't know can do it singapore or malaysia....?

I used to work for a small company making optical filters. However, the company has since relocated to Johore. During that time, I have coated a few of my old mirror with silver. I have also try making some broadband filters with some success.

Although there are companies, especially in Singapore able to do mirror coating, I don't think they would entertain small orders.

Or you can send your single mirror to US for coating at Nova, Spectrum etc.
