Post by Meng Lee »

Hi all,

I think Orion is very smart, they brought in ATIK filter wheel and added some adapters and made it $30 cheaper !!

Wow, what I've been looking for but such a waste all my filters are 2" ... :( Too lazy to repeat the whole cycle of buying and selling to change them to 1.25".

From the picture, it looks like they added a T-female to 1.25" female adapter.

this is so expensive. You guys should check out the apogee one....same manual wheel (but 4 filter only) but they were selling for US$89.00. And it even come with the RGB filters. http://www.apogeeinc.com/product.asp?it ... 6&catid=43

How can a manual wheel so expensive?
