[80% Steve, 20% Alfred] ------- Probability of Clear Skies = (Age of newest equipment in days) / [(Number of observers) * (Total Aperture of all telescopes present in mm)]

As long as it is not more than USD1,000 I can consider... more than that I will give it a miss.. wonder how long the waiting time is?
