
Beginning Astrophotography

Hi Jeremy,
my first "real" astro photo is Jupiter,
i used a simple ccd and i let image drift in and out of the FOV, i then stack 200 to 300 shots of BMP images and "viola" i am happy. i can see my GRS and temperate belts.
i did not do any tracking or polar alignment or drift alignment.
All my previous shots of astro-photo is just point and shoot Moon....etc
so it quite easy, like the rest , i would agree to just go and and shoot and enjoy
