Omega/Swan and Eagle Nebulae in Sagittarius (new versions!)

CCD vs Film? Lots of time vs no patience? Alright, this is your place to discuss all the astrophotography what's and what's not. You can discuss about techniques, accessories, cameras, whatever....just make sure you also post some nice photos here too!

Omega/Swan and Eagle Nebulae in Sagittarius (new versions!)

Post by rcj »

Hi all,

Hope you are not tired of this image already...it will be the last from the summer season, before sagittarius sets till next year. This image has capture data from both Mersing and (more recently) Desaru locations. Managed to grab some data during a very short period of clear skies during the early night of the last Desaru expedition. It was quite clear then, and lent itself to some structural details never seen before even in the mersing shots. Here it is once again!

And a re-processed version of Eagle Nebula...can't remember when this was taken!
