Hi,
Since you have a built-in flip-mirror, have you check is the internal flip mirror working?? May be you have turn the flip-mirror to the other visual back.

Have a nice day.

Yup, done all those :( ..... Pop in eyepieces, even uses my own eyepieces, fliped the mirror too.

The thing is I could see blury images (I test it on daylight, focusing one to the petrol kiosk a distance away), but no matter how I tune the knob, it is the same blury image :(. So I more or less confirmed focusing unit spoit

Maybe the focuser knob is loose and is not turning the focusing rod?

Hi,
Did you find any screw on the focuser knob... may be there is a screw that tighten the focuser knob to the focusing rod and the screw may be loosen or lost...

Have you feed back the problem to the retailer??

Good luck and have a nice day.

Got the mount already. The DEC is out of alignment, dismantle it and fixed it back. The focusers is still not working :( ....... hope the web retailer respond......

I think if the shipping charges is too much, might as well purchase a spare OTA, without the peripherial ;).
