When I thought I can buy 450 D after lot of consideration , here Canon comes with another model to confuse.

haha wth... they decided that increament of 50 issnt enough? 300d 350d 400d 450d.. and the nx step.. shouldnt it be 500d ?

I guess this is their answer to Nikon's D40. Wonder how much is this gonna cost.

I guess this is their answer to Nikon's D40.
Ya lor... I think this is a better camera compare to the Nikon D40 series... Can use both EF and EFS lenses and still got DOF preview.
Wonder how much is this gonna cost.
I think the street price might be around S$1000 with kit lens.

Anyway, the specification is very similar to 450D... the main different is 12-bit and missing a few not very importance features (at least I don't use it) especially if use it for Astrophotography. So good news for those waiting for a low cost DSLR for Astrophotography.
