Where to get this?

Here is the place to talk about all those equipment(Telescope, Mounts, Eyepieces, etc...) you have. Not sure which scope/eyepiece is best for you? Trash it out here!

Anybody knows where to get this kind of D batt adaptor??

I want to power my gem using double A batts. Charging real D size batt is super lame.....

Hi,
You can find this type of battery adapter in Sin Lim Square and some of those DIY shop will also have it.

Yar I saw those~ But those come with batt, and the batt only has 2000mAh. I want to get the adaptor separately, and use 2500mAh Sony batts...

Pls help....my D cells going to die soon....... [smilie=beg.gif]

I brought 4 pcs for S$7 from internet (Yahoo Auct or eBay, S'pore), Lynn (sales@battery-n-charger.com) in Oct 06 but never use them. If you need 2, I can sell it to you as I still want to keep at least 2 of them.

She also sell AA to C size adapter, 4 pcs for S$6.50.

They do sell them separately as I saw it before, but quite expensive... a lot more expensive than the price Clifford60 mention.

I got the generic China made ones for 80 cents each at Ladies Street in HongKong. I even have the AAA to AA adapter too! :-)
But you can find the whole range at the DIY shop at the basement of Hougang Mall. The Sanyo ones are more expensive though.

ATF in SLS also has them too..but theirs is the GP brand.
Another place is the battery shop at basement of sim lim tower.

Cheapest is probably that batttery shop at SLS level 3. They are located in a backlane shops but very cheap.
