Startrails Photo

CCD vs Film? Lots of time vs no patience? Alright, this is your place to discuss all the astrophotography what's and what's not. You can discuss about techniques, accessories, cameras, whatever....just make sure you also post some nice photos here too!

Startrails Photo

Post by boothee »

Hi friends,

You must have DSLR to take the picture of startrails?
-Nope!

Want to take star trails using your small point and shoot?
-I've found one very small and nice software form the below mentioned website. It is free and could make the startrails picture very easily and nicely. May be you know it already. May be you don't know yet. So I share what I got. :)

Here is the picture that I've tried using my old data last year. I'm really happy with that. :) I hope you will like it too. The region of the picture is Taurus.

Here is the link for the software. It is free for personal use. :)

Cheers!
