Generally its best if its not private property as the owner needs to be informed for impromptu trips.
It is open for public access.
So are you going there tomorrow? How long would it take to drive there?
Yes we are going today. But beause we are going to recce for alternative ob sites, so if we find a better location, we may not be observing at this site.

It is about 1-hr drive from JB checkpoint.
