Returning To An Old Hobby

Hi there everyone,

This old man is returning to a hobby he was so in love with when he was a teen with no money to buy a proper telescope.

All I had was a China made 10x50 bino which was rather good actually with coated optics.

Then I acquired a $180, 60mm refractor with zoom lens which I still have to this day .....somewhere!

I have just purchased a Celestron Omni XLT 150mm reflector and need to get myself re-aquainted with the night sky.

My question is really this - is there a regular/weekly ob session say on Friday or Saturday anywhere in Singapore which I can join you guys for?

There are also observation sessions at the Science Centre's Observatory every Friday! 7pm to 10pm.

I live in the East, near Pasir Ris. For this weekend, it has to be Saturday unfortunately.
