Sidewalk Astronomy: May 29 Tiong Bahru Park
Some of our regular Singastro members have expressed interest to try out this new bino which is not so common here, so I have arranged to bring out this Vixen BT80M-A for its first public viewing tomorrow. We hope to try out different pairs of eyepieces in it (pls bring some pairs if you have) and maybe also compare it as a 28x80 bino with another 25x100 big bino.

Hi,
Weather wasn't that good.. quite cloudy, so limited to the Moon observation. Scope present are:
1) Bushnell 60mm(??) refractor
2) Vixen BT80M-A binocular
3) 25x100 binocular
4) William Optics 110ED
5) 8" F4.5 Newtonian
6) Various small binoculars
Although not many people turn up in the end, but it's quite fun to finally meet up with some SingAstro members. We should have more such event regularly. Below are some photo of the events:
Have a break, have a ??

Clifford60 and his 25x100 bino

rlow and his BT80M-A binocular

William Optics 110ED and 100plus

Oops... miss out the 8" F4.5 Newtonian

Here is it: 8 F4.5 Newtonian

Have a nice day.
