Btw, who do i call when i am on my way there. i dont have a number. i was plannign to make my way over to the park and look for a bunch of red torchlights :-/

This is a small park, so once you reach the public carpark there, you will be able to see some scopes in the open field. There are lamp-posts around the area which is quite well-lit, so you will not find a single red torchlight in use. If you are coming between 7.30pm to 10pm, no need to bother calling anyone lah, just come.
