I see the sun today after 15 days under light clouds and mist.

Fantastic view of the regions and take two images for my memo blog. Use my coronado pst DS sm 40mm afocal with compact canon powershot g9.

The regions is big enough yet. 1026 is bigger and has great magnetic loops of plasma.

The other (1027) has an AR Filament over her and possible this filament is Magnetic detached filament. It show that power of that region is to the upper limit and now start going down.

Looks like you had miss this huge prominence that was about 8 earth diameter high--the highest I have seen to date.Also white light images will review that 1027 constantly split up to mini spots if the scope produce sharp enough images.Here are some pics.Thanks
