soo... i ordered a galileoscope from IYA, the sent an invoice to me through email. so it's dated 5TH august.
they said in the email, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
i have waited EIGHT. and my scope has not arrived yet.
i checked the invoice, and my address is correct in the invoice.
i sent them an email, but, they responded with an autoreply.
i have no idea what the hell am i supposed to do now to get my scope.
because they encourage any inquiries to " please call +1 603-401-8249 and leave a voice-mail message. " and i do not want to spend a hell lot of money to call that number.
any ideas guys?
yours sincerely,
kirby

The company seems pretty decent so I am guessing they may be overwhelmed with orders. Why not give them a little more time?
In anycase, if you really must have one set now, Joo Beng from our vendor forum (Astrobargains) has sets for sale the last time I checked.
I got mine sometime back.
Good luck!

Shipping is a mysterious thing. I ordered from amazon.uk some DVDs and books, they were sent out in two batches, one day after the other. One arrived within 5 days, the other 3.5 weeks later!
I suspect if you waited for a few more weeks you would get your scope if it has been shipped.
