About astronomy books,besides borders....;Astro Scientific in science centre;or even Joo beng' astrobargain has some.You can get books on observing the moon/planets or if you are interested in M objects or the cadwell objects then O'Meare book will be a great help--only available at astro scientific.They have stocks.My 2 cents.

depends how u define good. what would you be observing. this bino gives a magnification of 4x so if you are expecting to see details on planet, if would be much of an impossible. this bino i would say is more of a stargazing tool thanks to the wider FOV. in addition, its light.Konata1550 wrote:well i will buy it instead, cause i think its better xD

please note that 10x50 would be heavy for holding even for short durations. even a slight movement would "hurt" a lot. so you would need a tripod to prevent shaky sight.Konata1550 wrote:oh ok i will get 10x50 bino then xD thx btw... going to science centre this thursday, gotta get a book there
