is M4 invisible??!

Post by orly_andico »

Finally a clear night. Antares was bright and easily visible from the balcony. Wonder of wonders, M4 which is normally an easy binocular target for me, was invisible in the Zenithstar 70. I hunted around for 30 minutes at 13X and 70X and couldn't find ye olde glob.

Is the light pollution really that bad?

On a clear night, M4 is a naked eye object.
