Hi
Just asking around, I am in the process of moving house and will have to squat in temporary accomodation (maybe Changi beach) for about a month or so until my place is ready. I will be storing my stuff in a warehouse.
Trying to be thick skinned and asking if anyone is willing to baby sit my Meade 8" SCT with a Porta mount. Scope with finder, eyepieces, etc are all in a Pelican box with roller (cant remember the model number but it is big).
Of course, baby sitter is free to use the scope as and when he/she wants. For those who know me, I am not a fussy guy and have lent my scope and equipment with no questions asked.
Just that I don't want to store the scope in a warehouse if I can help it. Oh yes, I have a 80mm WO refractor as well.
Any kind souls?
Cheers

@swimaniac: What is the model of the Meade 8"? UHTC coating?
@Clifford: Great! Let's have a 8" Celestron vs Meade shootout this month.

Hi Guys
Just got off the phone with Clifford who has very kindly agreed to baby sit my SCT.
Gary - yes it is with UHTC coating.
Cloud Cover - I never had a SCT before and neither did I have a telescope. Need to be brave and confident close your eyes, wipe your hands dry and go for it. HeHe
Thanks guys.
