The wonderful thing about Dob's is the way you can design it to meet one's portability needs. I came across an image of someone who DIY'ed a DOB using a Barbecue pot (the types with a bowl base and four legs and the lid. Like the image from Orly, it had a single truss arm and everything folded and is kept away in the bowl. You then just carry the whole bowl...Coolz!
My wife never complained about how much time, effort & money I spent on my Astronomy hobby!................suddenly I met her!!!
