Sometimes I wonder why I spent that much money just to get a magnified, clearer picture of cloud bottoms......
At least the bigger the scope, the longer you can see clouds in the rain before the tube completely floods over. Sigh!

Same reason why people buy big sweep tickets. chance is small but you want to be able to be eligible when the opportunity comes. If you have the equipment when the sky clears you can use it. [smilie=cute.gif]

yup.. keep our scope and tripod light.. so when we go overseas for holidays .. can bring along =)
