Shop at Demsey

Hi! Due to business expending, i will try to get a shop space at Demsey road ( Show room ). But still not very sure yet because the land belongs to SLA so must check whether my nature of business is allow there.
Hope that this is a good news to people who go there.

I'm doing Landscaping and Import&Export of Aquatic Plant and stting up Garden ( Main Line ) Sub will be some construction and maintainance works. It's a show room at Demsey and also act as an office.
If you guys want to promote Astronomy i can spare some space for Singastro members. Or if you guys really want to go into business i have a piece of land in Malaysia which can do lots of things there. But it's not up to me to decide about the delvopment of singastro because i'm only a member.

CSN stands for Clear Sky Network. acc(Chee Chien) is in charge of it. He is activate everyone on his list if they are going to dempesy road for observation. PM him if you wish to join in that list.

Today i want to talk to SLA and the person in change of the place told me that it's already full house so i'm in the waiting list and also went to Tampines and check put the area there but is not i want for my business(location not right). If i really got a place at Dempesy i will put a poster or something else to help promote Singastro if our person or adminstrator don't mind.

wow...such an "ulu" place and still so popular for business. I guess rental must be very cheap and these are businesses that don't need walk in customers.

I don't think any of the Singastro "Tokways" would mind you putting up posters to promote Singastro. After all, we are all here to promote astronomy and the best way is to offer them an outlet to mix and talk shop. As long as the advertisement portion is tastefully done.
BTW, your avartar shows a China flag..Is your business now based in China? Maybe can offer more low cost sources for china-made scopes ? :-)

Our business nature is focus on oversea custom and rental there not cheap. We're not making big money just earn enough to cover cost and it's only a show room so in the main time i also can make some space for Singastro to display some item or poster to put up there for promoting astronomy in Singapore.

But after all i hope there is space for rental.
