Rosette Nebula - H-alpha

Finally a successful first-light for the puny Tak FS60. Shot this on Monday evening also, only managed to collect H-alpha data when the clouds rolled in.

Image & Equipment info:
Mount: Losmandy GM8 with Gemini GOTO
OTA: Takahashi FS60CB with WO 0.8x reducer/flattener
Camera: Modified Cooled Meade DSI III Pro
Guide scope : Mini Borg 50
Guide Camera: SAC4-2
Exposures: 6x12 min & 2x15 min H-alpha with 6nm Astronomik filter

Great shot and you just gotta love those B&W Ha images! Nice depth from the combination of the Tak FS60 and your cooled DSI!
