Can't be an UFO right? Likely some kind of round disk or cover get in front of the camera.

An error in software or solar flare cause the electronic control go crazy to attempt to shut the camera?Cant be sth at sun distance;otherwise it will be doomsday--an object that large hitting the sun or even nearing the sun will perturb its gravitation field and sent us into another orbit;cause great tidal changes on earth.... and thats more like DOOMsDAY.

The object looks terrestial to me. Could be a weather balloon judging from the round silouette. But for it to obstruct your line of sight is incredible considering your field of view must be very small.

Incredible video, by the way! [smilie=crying2.gif]

Looks like something covering the scope/camera end. I noticed the view 'jerk' a little as if something knocked the scope/tube when that happened. And the view shifted. Anything that was hanging above the scope/tube/camera or was it a filter wheel or something fell loose?
